2.1 Descripción del producto
Los productos que se ofrecen a la venta en nobullshitdrinks.com son bebidas funcionales y aguas aromatizadas de calidad superior de fabricantes europeos (Akvile, Voss, Josephine, etc.).
Las descripciones, fotografías y características de los productos se facilitan a título informativo y pueden variar ligeramente. El Vendedor se esfuerza por presentar los productos con la mayor precisión posible.
2.2 Disponibilidad
Las ofertas de productos son válidas según disponibilidad. En caso de indisponibilidad de un producto tras la realización del pedido, se informará al Cliente lo antes posible. El Cliente podrá entonces elegir un producto de sustitución o anular el pedido con reembolso íntegro.
3. Prices
3.1 Precios de los productos
Los precios de los productos se indican en euros (EUR) con todos los impuestos incluidos (IVA incluido), en función del tipo de IVA aplicable en la fecha del pedido. Los precios pueden variar en función del país de entrega.
El Vendedor se reserva el derecho de modificar los precios en cualquier momento. No obstante, los productos se facturarán en función de las tarifas vigentes en el momento de la validación del pedido.
3.2 Gastos de envío
Los gastos de envío se calculan en función del peso, el volumen y el destino del pedido. Estos costes se indican claramente antes de la validación final del pedido.

4.1 Proceso de pedido
Para realizar un pedido, el Cliente debe:

4.2 Confirmación del pedido
Una vez validado el pedido, el Cliente recibe un correo electrónico de confirmación en el que se resumen los detalles del pedido, el importe total, la dirección de entrega y el plazo de entrega estimado.
El contrato se considerará definitivamente concluido a partir de la recepción por parte del Cliente de este correo electrónico de confirmación.
4.3 Modificación o anulación
Cualquier solicitud de modificación o anulación de un pedido debe hacerse lo antes posible por correo electrónico a contact@nobullshitdrinks.com.
Si el pedido aún no ha sido enviado, el Vendedor hará todo lo posible por atender la solicitud. Una vez enviado el pedido, solo se aplicarán las condiciones de desistimiento (art. 7).
5. Payment
5.1 Formas de pago aceptadas
El pago de los pedidos puede efectuarse por:
- Tarjeta de crédito (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Transferencia bancaria (sólo para pedidos B2B, mediante presupuesto)
5.2 Seguridad de los pagos
Los pagos con tarjeta de crédito están protegidos mediante soluciones de pago conformes con PCI-DSS. El Vendedor no almacena ningún dato bancario.
5.3 Pago inmediato
El pago debe efectuarse inmediatamente después de realizar el pedido. En caso de rechazo o impago, el pedido se cancelará automáticamente.
6. Delivery
6.1 Zonas de reparto
El Vendedor realiza envíos a los siguientes países de la Unión Europea: Francia, Bélgica, Reino Unido, Italia, España, Portugal, Alemania, Países Bajos, Luxemburgo y otros países a petición.
6.2 Plazos de entrega
Los plazos de entrega se indican a título informativo al realizar el pedido. El Vendedor se esfuerza por cumplir estos plazos, por lo general:
- De 3 a 7 días laborables para las entregas en Europa continental
- De 5 a 10 días laborables para entregas en el Reino Unido y zonas periféricas
En caso de retraso en la entrega superior a 30 días, el Cliente podrá anular el pedido y obtener el reembolso íntegro.
6.3 Recepción de pedidos
Al recibir el paquete, el Cliente debe comprobar el estado del embalaje y de los productos. Cualquier anomalía (paquete dañado, productos faltantes o rotos) debe comunicarse inmediatamente al transportista y al Vendedor por correo electrónico a contact@nobullshitdrinks.com, acompañada de fotos.
El Cliente dispone de 48 horas tras la recepción para informar de cualquier problema relacionado con la entrega.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Plazo de desistimiento (sólo B2C)
De acuerdo con la Directiva Europea 2011/83/UE sobre derechos de los consumidores, los Clientes consumidores disponen de un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del paquete para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento, sin necesidad de justificar motivo alguno.
7.2 Cómo ejercer el desistimiento
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, el Cliente deberá informar al Vendedor por correo electrónico a contact@nobullshitdrinks.com de su decisión de desistir, antes de devolver los productos.
7.3 Condiciones de devolución de productos
Los productos devueltos deben ser:
- En su estado y embalaje originales
- Sin abrir y sin usar
- Completo (todos los accesorios, etiquetas, instrucciones)
7.4 Costes de devolución
Los gastos de devolución correrán a cargo del Cliente, salvo en caso de producto defectuoso o no conforme.
7.5 Reembolso
Una vez recibidos y verificados los productos devueltos, el Vendedor reembolsará el importe íntegro abonado (excluidos los gastos de envío iniciales) en un plazo máximo de 14 días, utilizando el mismo método de pago que en el pedido inicial.
8. Warranties
8.1 Garantía legal de conformidad
El Vendedor está vinculado por la garantía legal de conformidad prevista en los artículos L217-4 a L217-14 del Código de Consumo francés (aplicable en toda la UE).
En caso de no conformidad, el Cliente podrá devolver el producto para su cambio o reembolso, corriendo los gastos a cargo del Vendedor.
8.2 Garantía legal contra vicios ocultos
El Vendedor también está obligado por la garantía legal contra vicios ocultos. En caso de defecto oculto, el Cliente podrá devolver el producto y obtener un reembolso o una reducción del precio.
9. Liability
