SHIPPING POLICY

1. Worldwide Delivery

We offer shipping services to nearly any address in the world. Our premium functional beverages and flavored waters can be delivered across Europe and internationally, subject to local regulations and shipping restrictions.

⚠️ Important: Some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations due to customs regulations or shipping restrictions. Please verify availability for your country during checkout.

2. Delivery Zones

2.1 Primary European Markets

Standard delivery available to:

  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 3-5 business days
  • Germany, Netherlands: 3-6 business days
  • Italy, Spain, Portugal: 4-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-8 business days (customs clearance may apply)

2.2 Extended European Union

Delivery available to all EU member states. Estimated delivery times: 5-10 business days depending on destination.

2.3 International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside the EU. Delivery times vary between 7-21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the recipient.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Weight-Based Pricing

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Total order weight (all weights rounded up to next full unit)
  • Destination country and zone
  • Selected shipping method (standard or express)

3.2 Free Shipping Thresholds

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders above certain thresholds (varies by country):

4. Estimated Delivery Times

When you place an order, we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on:

  • Carrier performance and routing
Note: Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier capacity, or public holidays. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

5. Order Processing & Tracking

5.1 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. Order confirmation email (immediate) - Confirms we received your order
  2. Shipping confirmation email (within 24-48h) - Includes tracking number and carrier information

5.2 Shipment Tracking

Track your order in real-time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Links to carrier tracking pages are included for your convenience.

NoBullshitDrinks Commitment: All orders are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure your beverages arrive in perfect condition. We use specialized packaging for glass bottles and cans.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products (beverages in glass bottles, aluminum cans, PET bottles), certain shipping restrictions apply:

  • Products cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Some destinations may have temperature restrictions (extreme cold/heat zones)
  • Alcoholic beverages (if added to catalog) have separate legal restrictions
  • Maximum order weight per shipment may apply for certain carriers

7. Customs & Import Duties

For shipments outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Declared value: We declare the actual order value on customs forms (legal requirement)
  • Delays: Customs clearance may add 3-10 days to delivery time
  • Refused packages: If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package will be returned to us and no refund will be issued (return shipping costs apply)

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

⚠️ EXCLUSION FROM RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, beverages are classified as perishable goods and are therefore EXCLUDED from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

✗ You CANNOT return our products simply because you changed your mind.

1. Products Covered by This Policy

This exclusion applies to all our products:

  • Functional drinks: Akvile Beauty Water, Digestif Water, Pre+Post Green Tea, VOSS Plus
  • Flavored sparkling waters: Akvile Lemon, Tahiti Lime, Peach, Red Berry, Orange (0.6L & 1.5L PET)
  • Flavored still waters: VOSS Strawberry Ginger, Lime Mint, Lemon Cucumber (0.33L cans)
  • Premium botanical waters: Josephine Lemon & Rose, Mirabelle Plum & Cinnamon, Blueberry & Linden (0.33L aluminum bottles)
  • Any other beverage product listed or not

2. When We ACCEPT Returns

We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:

2.1 Defective or Damaged Products

Conditions:

  • Product received damaged (broken bottle, leaking, crushed packaging, etc.)
  • Product defective (altered taste, visible contamination, expired, incorrect seal, etc.)

Your Obligations:

  • Report within: 48 hours after delivery
  • Required proof: Clear photos showing:
    • The damaged/defective product
    • Original packaging
    • Shipping label (if relevant)
    • Expiry date visible

Our Solution:

  • Full replacement (same product sent again) OR
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • We cover return shipping costs

How to Proceed:

  3. Attach photos and describe the issue
  4. We respond within 24 hours

2.2 Wrong Product Delivered

Conditions:

  • You received a different product than ordered
  • Incorrect quantity delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Your Obligations:

  • Report within: 48 hours after delivery
  • Required proof: Photos showing:
    • Product received
    • Delivery note/packing slip
    • Order confirmation email

Our Solution:

  • We send the correct product immediately (expedited shipping)
  • You keep the wrong product OR we arrange return pickup (free)
  • Refund of any price difference if applicable

2.3 Significant Delivery Delays

Conditions:

  • Your order is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date
  • You no longer need the products due to our delay

Your Obligations:

  • Contact us first before refusing delivery
  • Provide your order number and delivery tracking

Our Solution:

  • Option 1: Wait for delivery + receive 20% discount code for next order
  • Option 2: Cancel order + full refund (if package not yet dispatched)
  • Option 3: Partial refund + keep products (if package in transit)

3. When We DO NOT Accept Returns

Not Eligible for Return:

  • "I changed my mind" / "I don't want it anymore"
  • "I found it cheaper elsewhere"
  • "I ordered the wrong product" (your mistake, not ours)
  • "I don't like the taste" (this is subjective and not a defect)
  • Products past the return notification deadline (48 hours)
  • Products opened and partially consumed (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
  • Products without proof of purchase

⚠️ Legal basis: Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU explicitly excludes perishable goods from withdrawal rights.

4. Carrier Damage Claims

Important: If you notice damage to the package upon delivery:

  1. Note on delivery slip: Write "PACKAGE DAMAGED - CONTENTS MAY BE AFFECTED" and describe visible damage
  2. Take photos immediately: Before opening, photograph all sides of the damaged package
  3. Contact us within 24 hours: Email contact@nobullshitdrinks.com with photos and delivery slip

Without proper documentation, carrier claims cannot be processed and refunds may be denied.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

For Defective or Wrong Products:

  2. We send you a pre-paid return label (no cost for you)
  3. Pack product securely in original packaging
  4. Attach return label
  5. Drop off at designated carrier point
  6. Send us tracking number

⚠️ Important Warnings:

  • Never refuse delivery without contacting us first
  • Products returned without authorization may not be refunded
  • Keep all original packaging until issue is resolved
