When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping service provider you select, estimated shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that, for many of the items we sell, shipping costs are based on weight. The weight of any item can be found on its information page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full unit.
Return Policy:
These are consumable products, and we do not accept returns. In the event of breakage, leaks, or damaged packaging, please file a claim with the carrier within 24 hours by noting on the delivery slip that the product(s) was received damaged, specifying the type of damage.
